Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise quality systems or regulated applications.
• 2+ years in leadership roles and talent development.
• Hands-on experience with quality systems (QMS) across complaint, CAPA, nonconformance, and document control.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Experience integrating quality systems with ERP (SAP), PLM, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the product roadmap for enterprise quality platforms.
• Prioritizes backlog across Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Technology stakeholders.
• Directs design, configuration, and support of validated platforms for quality processes.
• Leads analytics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor quality performance.
• Partners with vendors, SI/MSP relationships, and audits/regulatory inspections.
• Ensures compliance with validation, change control, and data integrity requirements.
