nVent is seeking a Senior R&D Engineering Project Manager in Anoka, MN, to lead NPI programs through Discover, Develop and Deploy stages, delivering launches on time.

You will coordinate engineers, designers and suppliers, manage cross-functional teams, and own project schedules while mitigating risks and tracking KPIs to improve cycle times.

Travel ~10% domestically, with potential for international travel; a bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years of engineering plus 2+ years of PM are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience; 2+ years in project management or leading teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 360 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for backlog management and tracking.

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
