Job summary

nVent is seeking an on-site Project Manager in Chattanooga, TN to drive project success from kickoff to completion. You will ensure adherence to contracts and specifications, manage schedules with customers and internal teams, and oversee change orders and cost control.

You’ll serve as the primary customer contact and liaise with multiple departments to resolve issues, risks, and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, MS Project (or similar), and ERP systems (JDE/Oracle/SAP).
• Experience with long-term customer projects and coordinating across departments.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and ability to interpret specifications.
