• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, plus 5+ years in orthopedic/medical device R&D.
• Experience leading product development from concept to commercialization.
• Strong understanding of design controls, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret customer specs and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product & Process Development from concept through commercialization.
• Drive technical innovation and validate manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Manufacturing, Quality, Design Engineering, and CAE teams.
• Partner with customers and external partners; present and publish technical work.
• Ensure quality and regulatory excellence per FDA/ISO standards and maintain technical documentation.
