Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a design/development engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or STEM field is required.
• Proficient in design control, DFSS and DOE methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and drive meaningful impact on projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to align engineering work with product design and business goals.
• Translate user and market insights into actionable engineering requirements.
• Navigate design control processes, phase gates, design reviews, and technical assessments.
• Apply DFSS methodologies and statistical techniques to understand design space and product performance.
