Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in the United States seeks an experienced engineer to lead high-profile projects across cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation, and cardio/vascular domains. You will develop strategies, supervise technicians, and advance manufacturing excellence.

You will embed quality in engineering, mentor teams, and travel occasionally to collaborate across sites. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years of progressive engineering experience are required.

• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new approaches to complex problems and lead projects to advance Integer’s technological capabilities.
• Investigate and interpret internal or external technology and business trends and recommend best practices to the organization.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement a wide range of new technologies of significant scope and complexity.
• Plan and develop engineering projects with potentially travel to support sites and major programs.
• Provide supervision for up to 4 to 5 technicians and/or associate engineers; mentor other engineers.
• Embed Quality within the Engineering discipline and ownQuality; ensure adherence to QMS and regulatory requirements.
