Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience; a Master’s in STEM substitutes for 2 years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout for analog, digital, or mixed-signal electronics.
• Hands-on hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Working knowledge of EMI/EMC, grounding, shielding, and electrical design practices.
• Ability to independently solve technical problems and work effectively within a multidisciplinary R&D team.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, integrate, and test advanced electrical systems and supporting technologies.
• Independently lead electrical hardware development involving analog and digital circuitry, and mixed-signal PCB design.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines to integrate electrical hardware into larger systems.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, conduct system-level testing, and drive hardware bring-up activities.
