Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical training plus management experience.
• Experience leading production teams in mining/heavy construction is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Direct production, distribution, and operations for the limestone mining plant.
• Balance maintenance, production, and safety across a 12-hour shift.
• Develop and supervise maintenance plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with management, sales, procurement, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide status updates and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Supervise machine operators and other plant personnel.
