Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group seeks a Senior Consultant in the Quantum & Delay group to focus on forensic delay analysis and construction claims for clients worldwide. You will perform various methods of forensic delay analysis on project schedules and prepare written reports detailing findings.

You will manage data analysis of contemporaneous documents, coordinate with internal and external teams, and deliver timely client reports across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Forensic Delay Analysis.
• 5–7+ years in CPM scheduling and cost analysis work.
• 2–5+ years in analysis of construction claim damages including delay damages.
• Knowledge of building enclosure systems and designs for commercial structures.
• Proficiency with P6®, MS Project®, and Asta®.
• Proficiency with 3rd party schedule analysis software.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerBI, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience coordinating with internal and external disciplines.
• Site exposure and project management experience (change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily reports).

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic delay analysis on construction project schedules and produce written reports.
• Conduct contract, change order, cost overrun, damages and quantum analysis for complex claims and disputes.
• Research and analyze contemporaneous project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with team members to deliver client reports on time.
