Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Forensic Delay Analysis.
• 5-7+ years of experience performing CPM scheduling and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of architecture and structural systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Forensic Delay Analysis and produce forensic reports.
• Conduct analysis on construction claims for various stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and support other team members.
