Job summary

Rimkus invites experienced professionals to join its Quantum & Delay group as a Senior Consultant, focusing on forensic delay analysis and related cost and quantum assessments for construction claims worldwide. You will perform analyses on schedules, contracts, and damages, while supporting research of contemporaneous project documentation.

This role requires 2–5+ years in Forensic Delay Analysis, 5–7+ years CPM scheduling and cost analysis, and proficiency with P6, MS Project, Asta, and MS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Forensic Delay Analysis.
  • 5-7+ years of CPM scheduling and cost analysis experience.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in construction claim damages analysis.
  • Knowledge of Building Enclosure systems for commercial/high-rise buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform forensic delay analyses on project schedules and produce written reports.
  • Conduct contract, change order, cost overrun, damages and quantum analyses for complex claims.
  • Manage analysis of contemporaneous project documentation.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and deliver client reports on time.
