Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Post-Quantum Cryptography Policy and Migration SME IV to provide senior cryptographic expertise for DoW PQC initiatives. The role focuses on inventory implementation, policy development, migration planning, and enterprise adoption of quantum-resistant cryptography across devices, networks, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will advise government leadership on dependencies, risks, and actionable pathways, with experience across multiple domains and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s with extensive cryptography experience.
• Active Top Secret/SI clearance required.
• Senior-level technical leadership for enterprise cryptographic programs.
• Experience drafting policy, frameworks, and migration roadmaps for federal/DOW.
• Expert knowledge of classical and post-quantum cryptography, PKI, protocols.
• Ability to map cryptographic dependencies across systems and environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop DoW-wide methodology for cryptographic inventories across devices and systems.
• Support inventory timelines, milestones, and reporting per OMB guidance.
• Collaborate with DIU, DISA, NSA, NIST, US Cyber Command and others.
• Draft PQC policies, governance, and migration roadmaps aligned with standards.
• Identify migration challenges, dependencies, and interoperability concerns.
• Create migration scenarios and technical reports with practical recommendations.
• Provide cryptographic consultation across research, engineering, policy, and enterprise transition.
• Develop executive briefings and decision papers for leadership audiences.
