Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Professional registration with SACPVP or RICS is desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost engineering.
• Proficient in cost estimating software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects in Paarl.
• Manage tendering processes: prepare documents, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts.
• Monitor expenditures and variations to ensure budget adherence.
• Prepare interim/final accounts, valuations, and claims.
• Provide financial advice to project teams and mentor junior surveyors.
