Oradeo Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering major residential and commercial developments in Dublin. You will manage commercial performance, valuations, cost control and reporting while mentoring junior team members.

The role requires extensive QS experience, chartered status or working towards it, and strong client, subcontractor and stakeholder engagement. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably with a main contractor.
• Experience on construction projects, residential and commercial sectors.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, interim and final valuations, applications for payment, and reconciliations of valuations and costs.
• Provide accurate information for cash flow reviews and contractual positions.
• Assist procurement in subcontracts and manage contract documentation checks.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support professional development.
• Monitor commercial performance and support cost management throughout projects.
