Job summary

Oradeo Limited is seeking a Contract Quantity Surveyor to join a major residential development in West Dublin. You will own the commercial and financial management of subcontract packages, procurement, cost control, valuations and final accounts.

Working with Project Managers and site teams, you will drive profitability, monitor cash flows, and ensure contractual entitlements are recovered and risks mitigated. A minimum of 5 years’ QS experience is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a QS or commercial role.
• Proven track record on residential/commercial projects.
• Strong contracts, cost forecasting and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender packages and subcontract negotiations.
• Oversee procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Measure works on-site to support valuations and cost reporting.
• Assist in cost forecasts, budgets and reconciling contract values.
• Prepare interim valuations and variations with substantiation.
• Maintain projected final accounts and regular commercial reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to maximise profitability.
• Identify and recover contractual entitlements and manage risk.
