Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender drawings, contract documents, and technical specifications.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) for tender submissions and variation orders (VO).
• Compile and substantiate supporting documents for claims and contractual matters.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders, variation orders, and progress claims.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, conducting cost comparisons.
• Perform quantity take-offs for tenders and ongoing site projects.
• Prepare pre-tender estimates and project documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports, presentations, and data analysis.
• Assist the Project Manager in documentation, progress claims, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Civil & Structural engineering or its equivalent.
• Min 2 years and above working experience in contracting industry with experience in sourcing and tendering.
• Meticulous, independent, highly motivated and results- oriented.
• A good team player and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
