Job summary

Landscape Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced cost estimator/tender specialist to manage material takeoffs, cost estimation, and contractual matters for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects. You will ensure accurate project costing and compliance with contractual requirements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to PSOR and PSSCOC standards, and clear stakeholder communication to secure timely payments and project success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D for project design and documentation.
• Experience in a Main Contractor firm to understand project delivery processes.
• Proficient in MS Office for contract administration and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for costing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed material takeoff and cost estimation for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects to support accurate budgeting and project planning
• Prepare and participate in tender submissions to secure project contracts
• Manage progress payment claims and handle contractual matters to ensure timely and compliant payments
• Apply knowledge of PSOR and PSSCOC standards in project documentation and execution
• Coordinate and prepare all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities to maintain clear communication and compliance
• Collaborate effectively as an independent contributor and team player to support project objectives
• Execute other ad hoc duties as assigned to support project and company needs

Job Summary
