Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

This leading main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up a commercial project in North West London on a temp-to-perm contract.

Our client is working on a 100,000 sq ft cut and carve project, and they need a capable Lead Surveyor to assist the project team, which currently includes surveyors reporting to the commercial manager.

For this role, you should have experience with projects in the hotel, commercial, or residential sectors, working for tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you should have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.

Applicants must have experience leading projects worth over £150M.
