Responsibilities

• Set and drive a quantitative research roadmap across R&D to reduce risk on bets.
• Develop psychometric frameworks and validated scales for AI features.
• Own quantitative methods, survey strategy, and bias reduction in studies.
• Partner with Data Science to fuse behavioral data with insights.
• Build scalable usability metrics and segmentation of customers.
