United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Principal‑level UX Researcher to guide quantitative research across R&D, shaping major product investments with executive-level influence. You will lead survey, psychometrics, and AI evaluation efforts, partnering with Data Science to integrate diverse data and deliver strategic insights.

The role emphasizes mentoring, scalable methodologies, and an AI‑driven approach to customer understanding.

Qualifications

8+ years leading quantitative UX research with executive-level influence.
Deep expertise in survey science, sampling, pricing research, and psychometrics.
Experience with AI and LLM evaluation methods, logs analysis, and behavioral analysis.

Responsibilities

Set and drive a quantitative research roadmap across R&D, prioritizing evidence to reduce risk on major product bets.
Develop psychometric frameworks and scales to measure AI feature experiences.
Own the org-wide survey strategy, generalize qualitative findings at scale, and design rigorous studies to minimize bias.
Partner with Data Science to merge behavioral and sentiment data for a coherent customer view.
Maintain clear segmentation of customer profiles and evolve with the business.
Build scalable usability measurement including benchmarking and competitive comparisons.
Elevate research practices and mentor others, fostering an AI-native approach.
