Great Minds seeks a Senior User Researcher focused on quantitative methods to mature digital analytics for our education platforms. You will collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to translate data into learning-informed product decisions and strategy.

You will design mixed-method research, build dashboards, and help scale research operations while ensuring data privacy for learners and educators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with digital product analytics or quantitative user research for SaaS or web software.
• Experience with analytics platforms, A/B testing and analysis tools listed in the job posting.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus for data querying and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
• K-12 or education experience is a plus; data privacy considerations for minors are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and support advanced analytics tooling and data governance with engineers.
• Develop self-service analytics; train team members and create dashboards.
• Design and conduct mixed-method research using product analytics, surveys, and interviews.
• Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor data quality and refine taxonomy; design and analyze A/B tests.
• Build and interpret dashboards using Looker, MS BI, and Google Analytics.
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations; present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, Engineers, and cross-functional partners to embed research.
