Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, outcomes) and advanced analytical methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver real‑world evidence for biotech or life sciences.
• Strong communication of analytical findings across technical and non‑technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on development of scalable analytic workflows using real‑world healthcare data.
• Design, code, and execute analyses that power real‑world evidence for commercial life sciences projects.
• Establish best practices in code review, version control, and reproducibility (GitHub, workflows).
• Act as technical advisor to frame business impact of scalable processes and infrastructure.
• Drive retrospective studies using EHR data, including statistical analysis planning and algorithm development.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Medical, Engineering to translate clinical questions into analytic approaches.
• Present findings to internal and external partners to support decision making and innovation.
• Contribute to a culture of learning and scientific rigor.
