• 5+ years of direct experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, outcomes, messy/complex data) and advanced analytical methodologies
• Expertise in R, Python, PySpark, cloud environments (AWS), Databricks, and Git-based workflows
• Demonstrated leadership in technical and analytic workflow optimization
• Strong track record supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech organizations with impactful analytic services
• Proven expertise coding and analyzing observational datasets to generate real-world insights
• Depth of experience communicating findings across technical and non‑technical teams
• Ability to balance scientific rigor with pragmatic approaches in a fast‑paced, commercial environment

Salary Range: $141,441 - $176,801 (A geographic premium may be applied to base salary)
