Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will, under limited supervision, conduct theoretical and empirical research with public and proprietary data in the areas of mortgage finance business, including residential property valuation, home price index estimation, and home price forecasting.
Minimum Required Experiences: Bachelor degree or equivalent 2+ years of data analysis and modeling experience Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.
Desired Experiences: Post graduate degree or equivalent in the field of statistics, physics, or math Experience with large data analysis and modeling Preparing technical documents on data analysis and results Proficient in SQL, Python, GitHub, and AWS.
