Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, awarded between Dec 2026 and Spring 2027.

  • Strong analytical background and leadership capabilities.

Business courses provide comprehensive coverage of key business areas, such as Underwriting and Pricing, Capital Markets, Loss Mitigation, and Risk Management, whereas technical courses cover foundational Statistics, SQL, R, and Python.Through hands-on experience and interaction with the analytics teams during the training, you will gain a strong understanding of Fannie Mae’s business and have a quick start on your technical capability.After training completion, you will be assigned to an analytics-focused team within Fannie Mae based on business needs, program demand, and candidate skills and interests.
