Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the listed fields.
• 6 years of related experience, or a Master’s with 5 years, or a Doctorate with 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with internal and external stakeholders on complex issues and development of new data and quantitative modeling.
• Proactively identifies future challenges, develops recommendations for resolution and creates new analytic tools and processes.
• Maintains and updates complex models and analytical assumptions.
• Develops industry best practices and mentors others.
• Leads DSSE development and deployment for real-time and forecasted grid visibility.
• Designs state-aware grid intelligence platforms using SCADA, AMI, DER, outage, weather, and asset data.
• Drives data-driven decision making to improve reliability and accelerate grid modernization.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Physics, Econometrics or Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Statistics, Business or equivalent field

Master’s Degree and 5 years’ job-related experience OR Doctorate and 3 years’ job-related experience
