Aumni is seeking a Quantitative Data & Analytics Senior Associate in the United States to independently lead analytics initiatives that transform data into actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders to solve complex problems, develop governed analytics capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions with strong data quality and controls.

The role blends hands‑on analytics, automation, and emerging AI to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of related analytics experience.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
Ability to independently investigate complex data problems and drive quality solutions.
Strong project management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics initiatives and partner with key stakeholders and product teams.
Design scalable, governed, self‑service analytics capabilities.
Apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate analysis.
Analyze customer journeys across channels to identify friction and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver executive‑ready presentations with insights and recommendations.
Support and enhance the production analytics and reporting environment.
Ensure controls and regulatory compliance across analytics activities.
Mentor junior analysts and share analytical expertise.
