Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to lead analytics efforts within the Data and Analytics team. You will collaborate with Product, Finance, and Technology to drive data‑driven decision making and measure impact.

The role demands strong data analysis skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable analytics programs. This is a full‑time position based in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years building analytical solutions from diverse data sources.
• Experience with data modeling and segmentation techniques.
• Proficiency in BI/analytic tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
• Experience querying data from enterprise data stores and data lakes (Snowflake, GOS, AWS Athena).

Responsibilities

• Build holistic insights by integrating customer, account, digital, financial, and operational data sets to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Import, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to prepare for advanced analytics and modeling.
• Scope, implement, and track new features and enhancements within the collections journey to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify customer interactions and events across various channels to gain a deeper understanding of customer journeys and pinpoint friction points.
• Utilize analytical tools including Alteryx, Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau to analyze trends in complex data sets.
• Support the creation and delivery of presentations for executive audiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into analytics initiatives and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
