Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to lead end-to-end forecasting for the Card Acquisitions Forecasting & Offer Analytics team.

You will drive forecasting for the entire cards portfolio, automate manual processes, and partner with product and finance leaders to implement best practices. The role emphasizes strong communication with senior leaders, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of controls/compliance for the forecasting module, including routine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Finance or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience solving complex forecasting and analytics problems.
• Proficiency in analytical languages (Python, R, SAS) and databases (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx and AI automation tools; ability to design automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and optimization across the card portfolio and new accounts forecasting.
• Design/code automated forecasting capabilities and improve data processes.
• Prepare ad-hoc analytics/reports for senior management and external reviews.
• Lead adoption of AI/ML techniques and Gen AI solutions in forecasting.
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
