Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex math concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven track record delivering analytics and insights to multiple management levels.
• Proficiency in Python or SAS and experience with Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable business strategies and insights that drive measurable outcomes
• Apply advanced analytical and data mining techniques to identify meaningful patterns and correlations within datasets
• Communicate complex analytical results clearly to business partners and senior leadership
• Conduct sophisticated analysis and deliver insights across marketing, finance, and operations using modern visualization and reporting tools
• Partner with internal and external clients to solve quantitative business problems and optimize performance
