Qualifications

• Five years’ professional experience in research, analysis, and report development.
• Three years in health-related programs or organizations (federal, state, or non-profit).
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major coursework related to the position.

Responsibilities

• EJF 1: Lead quality improvement and value-based projects, coordinating with HHSC offices and partners.
• EJF 2: Assess and evaluate quality initiatives and value-based payment models; coordinate research.
• EJF 3: Analyze stakeholder input and data to develop recommendations for Medicaid/CHIP programs.
• EJF 4: Perform data analysis and prepare policy-relevant reports for stakeholders.
• EJF 5: Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and strong customer service across projects.
