Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Quality Technical Manager in Piscataway, NJ to drive end-to-end quality strategy for a product category. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure manufacturability and scalable quality across plants and contract manufacturers.

You will oversee the technology transfer pipeline, resolve complex consumer issues, and mentor site Quality Engineers to maintain on-shelf quality in North America, while leveraging AI and data analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, or Process Engineering.
• Experience with plant trials, scale-ups, or technology transfers from lab to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Embed Quality early in product design in go-to-market meetings.
• Mentor Quality Engineers at plants and prioritize tasks.
• Coordinate with Network Operations for project timelines.
• Manage quality relationships with Contract Manufacturers and Co-packers.
• Lead RCA and improvements across the category to drive quality.
