Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. seeks a senior Quality Systems Lead for our Indianapolis manufacturing facility. The role involves taking ownership of quality activities, leading audits, maintaining the QMS, and driving continuous improvement in machining and assembly environments.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of quality experience, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and hands-on leadership to support product quality and customer requirements. On-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.
• Experience leading audits, including internal and external, and driving corrective actions.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings and GD&T.
• Proven root-cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering and quality improvement activities for the Indianapolis manufacturing facility.
• Maintain and support the facility's Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, sales to resolve quality and customer-related concerns.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics and report to management.
