Job summary

L2x Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Lead for a role in Illinois. You will guide internal teams and customers through IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP, ensuring QU compliance during NPI and ongoing production.

You will develop quality reports, drive CAPAs, lead audits, and partner with manufacturing and supply chain to uphold ISO and QMS standards. Strong data analysis and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years in electronics manufacturing, high-mix low-volume preferred.
Experience with Control Plans, validation, pFMEA, PPAP, testing, and inspection.
Strong knowledge of QA principles, procedures, equipment, and data analysis.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and suppliers to goals.

Responsibilities

Represent QA during NPI activities and guide internal teams and customers through IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP.
Develop and maintain quality performance reports and drive corrective actions.
Serve as a key contact for quality-related matters.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits.
Support document control and risk assessments.
Identify and implement process improvements to meet ISO and QMS requirements.
Provide daily quality engineering support to manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with supply chain to define supplier quality requirements.
