Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a senior Quality Systems leader to develop, implement, and continuously improve QMS/QOS across manufacturing and supplier networks. You will drive ISO and IATF certifications, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead audit programs with a data-driven mindset.

The role requires 10+ years in automotive/manufacturing quality, strong leadership, and the ability to scale quality systems in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QMS and QOS.
• Support quality across manufacturing, supplier quality, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous quality professional with audit leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of the Client QMS across the organization.
• Manage startup, validation, rollout, user adoption, and continuous improvement of quality systems.
• Establish scalable quality processes, methods, and governance structures.
• Drive ISO and IATF certification activities and supplier audits.
• Develop and implement Quality Operating System (QOS) and Quality Excellence initiatives.
• Monitor quality performance and drive data-driven improvements.
