• Experience in audits, root-cause analysis, and CAPAs.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication for hybrid team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Analyze quality data, identify defects, and implement CAPAs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and QC to enhance quality and process capability.
• Develop standardized quality procedures, work instructions, and training.
