You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing quality management systems, driving process improvements to enhance product reliability and reduce defects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Conduct regular process audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to enhance product quality and process capability.
• Develop and standardize quality procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, yield improvement, and overall quality excellence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; a Quality Engineering certification is a plus.
