Qualifications

• Knowledge of IATF16949 quality management system and quality control techniques.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3.
• Application knowledge of FMEA, SPC, TQM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer concern countermeasure list for Plant issues.
• Create and coordinate 8D reports.
• Support both internal and supplier quality issues.
• Mentor technicians on Quality issues.
• Conduct customer audits and presentations for Quality issues.
