Job summary

Technical Response, Inc. is expanding into automotive manufacturing and seeking a Quality Systems Manager – Automotive to lead the development and enhancement of our quality management system.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Senior Leadership to drive prevention, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, implementing APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949. The role requires experience in automotive quality systems, mentoring teams, and building robust processes for long‑term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline is required.
• Experience leading automotive quality systems is essential.
• Experience implementing IATF 16949 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS development and continual improvement across TRI's operations.
• Coordinate APQP, PPAP, PFMEA/DFMEA activities.
• Manage internal and supplier quality audits and corrective actions.
• Establish KPIs and drive preventive actions and lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
