Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a Quality Systems (Veeva) Senior Consultant to deliver creative business solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will lead requirements, configure Veeva Quality suite, and drive document management/content solutions.

Travel ~30–50% with home-office work when not at client sites. A 4-year degree and strong client-facing skills are required, along with experience in quality systems and GMP SOP validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with life sciences companies.
• Experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems for life sciences as a consultant, business, or IT representative.
• Experience with regulatory information management systems, including registrations and submissions, preferred.
• Understanding of global quality requirements, compliance considerations, and processes.
• Experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, or other quality information or content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects at life sciences and consumer products companies designing and deploying Veeva.
• Support configuration and implementation of Veeva Quality suite and Vault RIM capabilities.
• Lead workshops, design, prototype, configure and document QMS data solutions.
• Earn trusted client status and develop relationships beyond project life cycle.
• Create and oversee project plans, define deliverables, assign roles, track issues, and manage scope.
• Assist in validation of computer systems for GMP environments and SOPs.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and client personnel.
