Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Quality Manager to lead the quality program for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. You will shape policies, oversee testing models, and ensure compliance with customer/government requirements.

Responsibilities include directing the QC program, budgeting, KPI targets, and deploying Lean/Six Sigma tools. Strong leadership and CMM/metrology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor’s with experience in aerospace quality management.
• Thorough understanding of aerospace quality standards (AS9100/9110/9102).
• Experience with statistical methods and quality auditing tools.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and improve the quality control program to ensure continuous production of conforming products.
• Develop and manage the quality department’s budget, KPI tracking, and standard work procedures.
• Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and PDCA to drive process improvements.
• Ensure understanding and enforcement of customer/government quality requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
