Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Supply Chain Quality Manager to lead QA for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. You will develop quality standards and testing models and ensure compliance with company, customer, and government requirements.

You will design policies, supervise QA staff, and implement data-driven quality tools (DMAIC, PDCA) to improve processes, reduce costs, and assure product reliability across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience.
• Thorough understanding of aerospace quality standards (AS9100/9110/9102).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; statistical application experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs manufacturing quality control programs.
• Establishes QA department plans, budgets, and KPI-driven objectives.
• Optimizes resources using lean strategies for effective performance.
• Maintains quality objectives aligned with production procedures.
