Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Technician to join the TQR team to collect, analyze, and verify data from reliability tools and ensure product quality and reliability. The role also oversees tool preventive maintenance and minor repairs in the TQR Lab.

Responsibilities include handling 300mm wafers, running evaluations, and preparing data in Excel/PowerPoint, plus developing PM procedures and coordinating with vendors for repairs. This is an on-site role in Texas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related technical certification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• The job function is located outside a clean room environment, but requires occasional clean room access to pick up or drop WFs.
• The TQR Technician will need to manually move 300mm FOSBs containing 25 wafers, run evaluations using proprietary software, and summarizing the data using Excel/PowerPoint.
• TQR Technician will need to operate/develop PM procedure and arrange PM/Repairs with Vendors.
