Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Quality Process Manager to lead enterprise quality management for VA program delivery. Based in Austin, TX or remote, you will ensure compliance, oversee quality governance, and drive metrics across service lines.

You will partner with program managers, technical teams, and VA leadership to embed quality criteria, streamline workflows, and deliver reliable, auditable results across IO operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience
• Experience leading quality management, performance analysis, or process governance in enterprise IT environments
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing quality controls, evaluating compliance, and supporting federal performance standards
• Strong understanding of ITSM, service delivery operations, and enterprise-class process management
• Ability to evaluate technical documentation, deliverables, workflows, and operational outputs for completeness and accuracy
• Experience developing quality plans, audit artifacts, performance dashboards, and corrective-action processes
• Excellent written, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across service lines, technical teams, and federal organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality management across Infrastructure Operations to meet VA performance standards
• Oversee quality governance, develop and maintain quality control plans, and direct compliance reviews
• Validate documentation accuracy and ensure adherence to VA metrics and security requirements
• Partner with service line leaders, program managers, and technical teams to measure performance and embed quality criteria
• Manage enterprise-wide quality measurement systems, dashboards, and performance logs
• Identify risks, document resolutions, and coordinate cross-team process improvements
• Engage VA leadership to clarify expectations and provide visibility into performance trends
• Drive continuous improvement by modernizing documentation and maturing measurement
