Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Specialist - QA to drive quality improvements and develop processes that enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead audits, monitor product quality, and train teams on SOPs, measurement techniques, and document control to uphold standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, clear communication, and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Good computer knowledge and competency with applicable software.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read manuals/drawings/schematics and follow them precisely.
• Good understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience and ability in using measuring equipment.
• Age 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to improve product quality as assigned by product, supplier and/or customer.
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action for specific instances and trends.
• Monitor plant quality, including performance of audits and inspections as needed.
• If required, manage supplier quality.
• Develop training materials, including SOPs and video-based materials.
• Perform quality training at all plant levels.
• If required, manage document control system.
• Maintain quality standards of finished products.
• Continuously apply safe work practices and report hazards.
