Job summary

Stanadyne seeks a Quality Manager to lead and advance the quality system across engineering and manufacturing. You will oversee development, implementation, and auditing of procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations and industry standards.

You will drive metrology usage, statistical analyses, and continuous improvement while managing a team of skilled quality professionals in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• ASQ certified Quality Engineer required for hardware roles; APQP/PPAP experience preferred.
• Experience with precision grinding operations and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with metrology equipment (CMM, surface finish, form testers) and programming is a plus.
• Experience with TS16949 and ISO standards.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, implement, and maintain a quality system supporting the engineering environment.
• Develop and operate the quality control system.
• Apply and analyze testing and inspection procedures.
• Use metrology and statistical methods to diagnose quality issues.
• Audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
• Plan and assure product and process quality per standards.
• Manage a team of quality professionals.
• Participate in change management to maintain customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality programs including tracking and reporting.
• Understand risk analysis philosophies and readiness requirements.
