Job summary
Mercy in Missouri is seeking a Sr. Q&S Managing Consultant under the direction of the Executive Director of Clinical Performance Acceleration.
You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational management to develop and optimize clinical content tools such as pathways and order sets to support improved patient outcomes and enhanced clinical workflows across the care continuum. The role requires an RN/NP license with a Master’s in Nursing or healthcare field, plus 3+ years leading
Qualifications
- Strong clinical nursing background with Adult Med/Surg or ICU experience.
- 3+ years leading projects or clinical initiatives in health systems.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Experience with data management and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational management to ensure optimal clinical content tools and processes.
- Lead cross-functional efforts across teams to meet cost, service, and quality objectives.
- Develop presentations and materials that clearly convey strategy, progress, and impact to diverse audiences.
