Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Sr. Q&S Managing Consultant to lead clinical performance acceleration efforts.

You will guide strategic direction and operational management to develop optimal clinical content tools, including pathways and order sets, to improve outcomes and workflows across the care continuum. The role requires a strong nursing background, RN/NP licensure, and 3+ years of leadership experience within a large health system.

Qualifications

Masters in Nursing or Healthcare related field required.
RN/NP license/certification required.
3+ years leading projects or clinical operations in a progressive health system or hospital.
Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams.
Advanced data management and analysis using spreadsheets and reporting tools; translate data into actionable insights.
Strong written and visual communication skills are essential.
