Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Senior Q&S Managing Consultant to lead clinical performance initiatives. You will direct strategic planning and operate programs that develop clinical content tools like pathways and order sets to improve patient outcomes and workflows.

You will report to the Executive Director of Clinical Performance Acceleration and bring RN/NP licensure, a Master’s in Nursing or related field, and 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.

Qualifications

• RN/NP license/certification.
• Masters in Nursing or healthcare related field.
• 3+ years leading projects or clinical operations in a health system or hospital.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic direction and operational management for clinical content tools and processes.
• Improve patient outcomes and clinical workflows across the care continuum while meeting cost, service and quality objectives.
• Translate data into actionable insights and present progress and impact to diverse audiences.
