Mercy in the United States seeks a Sr. Q&S Managing Consultant to guide clinical performance tools and workflows across the care continuum, reporting to the Executive Director of Clinical Performance Acceleration.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare field
• RN/NP license/certification
• 3+ years leading projects or clinical operations in a progressive health system or hospital
• Strong data management and analysis, including spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Excellent written and visual communication with ability to convey strategy and progress

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure optimal clinical content tools and processes are developed to improve patient outcomes and workflows across the care continuum
